We are Brian and Marla Anders, founders and current owners of the Barn Festival Property in Hastings, NE.

This is an incredible piece of country property just outside city limits ... The Barn Festival is held the last 2 weeks of May as well as September. There are two beautiful homes on the property. One sets high in the upper two levels of the main barn. The other one is nestled in the back corner of the property, overlooking a rolling field of corn off the back deck.

The real beauty of the Barn Festival business, is that you are only working a few weeks out of the whole year, earning a very nice 6 digit annual income!

Currently the owners live in the upper two levels of the Barn and lease the home in the back to renters bringing in $1,000/month.
